We are a family owned and operated business
We were the first B&B in Yakutsk. When we started in 2012, there were few places in Yakutsk where you could even have breakfast.
Initially, you may mistakenly think that our property is a hotel, but it is not.
We rent rooms for short-term accommodation for guests of Yakutsk. This activity is not only legal, but also supported by local authorities to meet the shortage of hotel services in the city and the republic as a whole.
We are located in a residential building and, for our part, we try to be good neighbors for the residents of our building. We are very grateful that our guests also respect our neighbors.
