Great place. Close to the central square of the city. To the central park or the market (to buy edible souvenirs from Yakutia) about 20 minutes at a calm pace. Nearby there are a couple of shops, it is convenient to buy water or a snack. Opposite the house there are two coffee shops, open until 20:00 – it’s comfortable to work at the computer.

This is an excellent hotel. Near the center, on one side of the house there is a tokko shop, on the other side there is a coffee shop. Nearby (across the road in a five-story building) a small restaurant with Asian cuisine.
In the hotel breakfasts, however, I think that if they come up with scrambled eggs to cook, then it will be the very thing. The rooms are warm and clean.
